Q: What information can I provide to help speed up my claim process?
A: Check first to see if your appliance or system is under manufacturer warranty. If so, please contact the manufacturer first. This prevents delay on getting your repair.
Items like HVAC systems and Refrigerators factory warranty usually extend to all Homeowners from the date of manufacture.
Any Items under manufacturer’s warranty will supersede your Home Warranty. *please see your plans terms and conditions under limits of liability 5.
Have your make, model and serial numbers handy or if you cannot locate these: please verify your technician provides this information when giving the diagnosis to us. *Provide any service history you or the previous homeowner kept, many items like your furnace have stickers from companies that maintained the unit.
During the claim process check your voice messages and e-mail: our service team does not always reach you on the first call. We will leave a message and or send an e-mail for information to request or give to you regarding updates.
