Q: Why was my claim denied?
A: We are always here to help our homeowners offset the cost for repairs on qualifying claims.
Denied claims do not qualify for coverage under the terms and conditions of the warranty.
One reason is unknown pre-existing condition: this most commonly occurs from a problem missed by the previous homeowner or missed by the home inspection.
COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS for the Home Protection Plan:
1. All covered systems and appliances must be in normal operating condition at the time coverage takes effect.
2. Agreement covers only repairs resulting from normal wear and tear associated with normal usage of covered items.
3. Purchase or registration of the plan implies consent to all Agreement terms and conditions.
